3 large egg whites

1 cup almond flour

1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

Let's Start Baking

To get started, preheat your oven to 300 degrees F.

Beat the egg whites, cream of tartar and salt together until frothy.

Gradually add in the superfine sugar and beat until stiff.

Add the beaten egg whites into the bowl with the almond flour mixture.

Using a spatula, fold the mixture until well combined.
